We’re excited to launch something new exclusively for our active Velixo partners and customers: the Velixo Elevate Series. This is the beginning of a program designed to deepen your expertise, strengthen your reporting environment and help you get more from the tools you already rely on.
We’re starting with our Sage Intacct and Acumatica communities, bringing people together around focused, practical use cases. Each session will explore a single topic in a structured and organized way, deep-diving into real-life scenarios that matter to finance teams. Sessions are led by a Velixo expert, whether it’s someone from our team or a member of the partner and user community whose experience can help all of us get better together.
The format is simple: brief announcements, a guided exploration of the featured use case, and time for thoughtful Q&A. Over time, these regular gatherings will empower a broader network of experts who support and elevate one another’s work.
If you’re an active Velixo customer or partner, join the invite list for upcoming sessions. All sign-ups will be reviewed to ensure the program stays focused on those already working with Velixo day to day.
If you’ve created something you think others could benefit from, you’ll be able to flag your interest in contributing. Invitations to present will be extended when the topic and fit support the goals of the program.
When does it start?
Beginning on January 20, 2025, sessions will occur on a monthly basis.
The Sage Intacct series will occur the first Tuesday of each month, and the Acumatica series will occur on the the third Tuesday of each month. This means we’ll be kicking off the program with Acumatica!

Velixo is known for financial reporting, but the same platform can pull virtually any data stored in Acumatica into Excel. Generic Inquiries, ACU.QUERY, and the Query Builder open up reporting across AP, AR, inventory, projects, and any other area where your team needs structured, refreshable data.
This session walks through Velixo’s non-financial reporting capabilities for Acumatica. We will cover how GI and ACU.QUERY retrieve operational and transactional data, how Query Builder lets you construct those queries visually without writing formulas by hand, and how Slice and Distribution turn a single report into a full set of parameterized outputs delivered to the right people automatically.
Attendees will leave with:
- A clear picture of what GI, ACU.QUERY, and Query Builder each bring to operational reporting in Acumatica
- Practical examples of operational reports built with non-financial Velixo functions
- An understanding of how Slice and Distribution extend these reports into repeatable, automated workflows
