As a recognized Sage Intacct expert, Jim has led complex nonprofit implementations involving multi-entity, multi-currency, grant accounting, and dynamic allocations. He’s also developed training programs, mentored partners, and supported presales engineering. Jim has spoken on advanced nonprofit accounting topics at major conferences including Sage Intacct Advantage, Sage Transform, and Sage Future.

He has been with the Westchester Library System for 18 years, serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2020 and previously as Director of Information Technology for a decade. In addition to his work in library leadership, Rob is a Senior Adjunct Instructor at Mercy University and an active community volunteer, serving as Treasurer for New York District 20 Little League, which supports 13 local leagues in Westchester County.Rob holds degrees from Mercy University (B.S. in Information Systems and Technology), Pace University (M.S. in Information Systems), SUNY Albany (M.S. in Information Science), and Long Island University (A.C.S. in Public Library Administration). For the past 15 years, his work has focused on enhancing user empowerment through effective ERP reporting. Harry has championed the Technical Documentation, Training, and Support teams, ensuring that Velixo customers have access to essential resources for their success. As the Velixo Education Manager, he is responsible for developing the curriculum for all Velixo Academy courses and delivering this content during

With more than 10 years in sales and marketing roles at accounting firms, Sage, and Sage partners, Ed has deep experience serving nonprofit organizations and the accounting firms who serve as trusted advisors to nonprofit leaders and their stakeholders. In addition to his work experience in accounting firms and ERP software, Ed has served as a nonprofit board member, treasurer and president. In organizations as varied as chambers of commerce, United Way affiliates, Episcopal parishes, and foundations, he has experience with non-profit mergers, working with interim executives, and the executive search process. Ed and his wife, Marcia, live in Warrington, PA.

She has built a strong reputation for serving as a key advisor to nonprofit organizations. Ms. Jensen provides accounting and auditing services to an extensive number of nonprofit clients including foundations, trade and membership associations, private voluntary organizations, and charitable institutions. As an audit partner, Ms. Jensen manages all aspects of client engagements and relationships. Her nonprofit audit experience includes proficiency in technical accounting issues, the requirements of Uniform Guidance, and employee benefit plan audits. She presents regularly to clients and at industry conferences sharing her expertise on technical topics such as preparing for and implementing new accounting pronouncements.
