Key Challenges
- Inefficient data entry – After the organization’s migration from SYSPRO Harmony to MYOB Acumatica ERP, they did not have an efficient method to input orders and inventory information into MYOB from 20+ e-commerce stores. The Head of Supply Chain had to manually input 500-1000 orders in MYOB every day to maintain fulfillment requirements. According to them, it was “basically impossible!” to fit this manual task in their daily job.
- Inflexible reports – They could not produce reports for different scenarios such as Current and Last Landed Cost reports on MYOB. Since the organization’s Managing Director requires analyzing both reports, they had to manually copy and paste multiple spreadsheets to produce the reports needed.
